Datebook Submissions Guide
Promoting the amazing community events in our city is a huge part of our mission at Albuquerque The Magazine. And for us to effectively list all the activities our readers can enjoy each month, we rely on event organizers to keep us up-to-date with these happenings. Here’s a handy guide to get your event listed for free each month in ATM’s Datebook.
- All submissions must be community-based events that are open to the public, and take place in the ABQ metro area, which includes Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, Placitas, the East Mountains, and Los Lunas.
- Each submission should include one date and time, the title or name of the event, a short description, any pertinent info, and prices.
- DateBook listings are day-by-day, so if your event takes place over multiple days, please send a submission for each day (you can send in one email).
- Please keep each submission to 60 words or less. Longer listings will be edited.
- Please follow the format in this example:
Saturday 21 | 9 am–3 pm
Jubilee at Los Lunas Arts and Crafts Fair. The fair hosts New Mexico artists displaying their jewelry, paintings, pottery and handmade creations. There will be a raffle and food truck. Profits will be donated to charities in Valencia County. Info: Jubilee is located 1.8 miles west of I-25 on Highway 6. Free admission.
- Recurring events must be submitted for each month, and if no longer taking place,
please let me know. - If available, please send hi-resolution images (multiple shots, if possible). If a photo credit is needed, please include that in the file name. Events with great photography will be given priority placement.
- Virtual events are great – send those too!
DEADLINES: Submissions are due by the 20th of the month two months prior to the month of your event.
