Help the magazine launch a new issue and meet our advertisers!
Who: Albuquerque The Magazine invites advertisers and editorial subjects featured in and supporting the issue being launched. Minimum attendance is 120 decision makers, earth quakers and paradigm shakers.
What: An event with a chance to be the first to see that issue of Albuquerque The Magazine while also making valuable business contacts, affirming old friendships, winning prizes and enjoying some good food and drink – On the house whenever possible.
When: The day before newsstand delivery of that issue -- usually the Tuesday closest to the 25th of the month.
Where: Your place of business! Bring established business professionals through your doors – many of whom will be visiting for the very first time. The normal cost to host is $2,000 if we provide the food and drink and $1,500 if you provide the food and drink (a $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing). To host a launch party you must be advertising in the issue being launched. Albuquerque The Magazine will further provide the background music, the PA System, the emcee, door prizes and, of course, copies of the new issue. We ask that you provide a clean environment, an outlet with about 10’X 10’ of clear floor space and trash receptacles as needed.
How: An email blast sent by Albuquerque The Magazine to all 200+ of its advertisers and closest friends and supporters. That email invitation is designed by the magazine’s art department and made available so you to can invite clients and constituents. We also invite outside groups (like the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, for example) to some events. We collect RSVP’s and can give an accurate expectation of attendance the day before the party.
