Monday, August 25, 2008 -- Lexi Petronis, editor-in-chief of Albuquerque The Magazine, and many of the chefs in the book will be signing at the Albuquerque The Magazine Chef Knockout event at the Albuquerque Convention Center, Albuquerque, from 5:30pm to 10pm.
Saturday, August 30, 2008 -- Lexi Petronis, editor-in-chief of Albuquerque The Magazine, Mia Maes, and Thelma Domenici will be at Borders at Cottonwood Corners, 410420 Coors Bypass NW, Albuquerque, from 3pm to 4pm.
Sunday, August 31, 2008 -- Lexi Petronis, editor-in-chief of Albuquerque The Magazine, Thelma Domenici, and Willem Blom, Executive Chef of Flying Star Café, will be at Bookworks, 4022 Rio Grande Blvd, Albuquerque, from 3pm to 4pm.
Friday, October 10, 2008 -- Lexi Petronis, editor-in-chief of Albuquerque The Magazine, and several local chefs will be signing copies at Treasure House, 2012 S Plaza NW, Old Town Albuquerque at 12noon to 2pm.
